That’s not entirely true. Even just sitting around doing nothing all day, you burn like 2400 calories. Just saying.
*Try about maybe 300 calories. If we burned 2400 calories a day from just sitting around doing nothing, the word overweight would most likely not exist because that’s already a calorie deficit for most people.
lolno. The average person burns about 2000 calories a day just by existing. Breathing, digesting, moving, etcetc. Just by normal bodily functions.
My BMR at my highest weight was actually 2200 calories. So if I laid in bed ALLL day, my body would still burn 2200 calories.
300? Holy misinformation! D: Mine is only 1400 though which irritates me to no end. I wish I was tall, I’d be able to fucking eat more. :’)

Self esteem is a very important thing to us all, everyday we scroll past beautiful models on our dash and think one day, one day i will be as skinny as them. Skinny doesn’t mean beauty, but it sure does make us feel good about ourselves. And being healthy and skinny will just boost up your self esteem even more!
What this group is about:
we are all about being healthy, we’ll be helping and reminding each other to work out everyday, we give each other tips on maintaining a good diet. And we become friends! We’ll be hosting fitness games once in a while, where everyone will get a mission of how much calories they need to burn today, or what kind of exercise we need to be all doing together.
